Accessible nodes
A list of the devices switched on and connected to the PG/PC is displayed via the Accessible
nodes function in the SIMOTION SCOUT working area. The display is related to the PG/PC
interface which is configured as the application access point in "Set PG/PC interface".
A SIMOTION project must not be open in order to use this function.
Proceed as follows:
1. Select the Project > Accessible nodes menu.
2. Select the corresponding node.
3. Right-click and select one of the following functions in the context menu. The available
functions depend on the configuration.
– Operating state ...
– Device diagnostics ...
– Copy from RAM to ROM ...
– Licenses
– Log files
– Archived project
– SINAMICS Upload
– Edit Ethernet nodes...
