Hardware Requirements

Overview:

●

To work with the TS Adapter IE you will need a programming device (PG) or a PC with a

DVD drive and Ethernet port.

●



In order to fulfill the installation requirements for UL, you must use a UL-listed NTBA on

the TS Adapter IE ISDN.
NTBA = Network Terminal Basic Adapter

●

In order to fulfill the UL requirements, the following phone cable is required on the

TS Adapter II modem:
Phone cable of UL category DUXR, consisting of a line plus connector, with a cross-

section of AWG 26.
The supplied cable fulfills this requirement.
