Number of communications connections for productive data transfer
● Configurable connections
The following number of connections can be configured as an alternative:
–
1 connection to the telecontrol server
– 1 connection to an ST7 master station (or node station)
– 1 connection to a DNP3 server
As an option, you can configure the connection to a second alternative master.
– 2 connections to an IEC master
The second connection is kept as redundant connection to a second master of a
redundancy group.
Also:
–
1 connection to an OpenVPN server or SINEMA RC server
If OpenVPN is used, a replacement server can optionally be configured.
– Max. 1 connection to an FTP/FTPS server
– Max. 1 connection to a mail server (extended SMTP)
● Productive connections
In total the following connections can be established at the same time:
–
Max. 1 connection to a telecontrol server, an ST7 TIM, a DNP3 or IEC master
– Max. 1 redundancy connection to an IEC master
– Max. 1 connection to the VPN server
– Max. 1 connection to an FTP/FTPS server
– Max. 1 connection to a mail server (extended SMTP)
Number of HTTP/HTTPS connections for access to the WBM
● Max. 2 HTTP connections at the same time
A configuration and firmware file cannot be loaded simultaneously via both WBM
sessions.
● Max. 2 HTTPS connections at the same time via LAN
● Max. 1 HTTPS connection at the same time via WAN
Number of connections to the WAN interface
A maximum of 6 connections can be established simultaneously at the WAN interface.
Possible connections at the WAN interface:
● 1 connection to a telecontrol server, an ST7-TIM, a DNP3 or IEC master (static)
● 1 redundancy connection to an IEC master (static)
● 1 connection to a VPN server (static)
