Changing processors and heat sinks 

Introduction 

To exchange the processor, first remove the heat sink.  

Procedure 

1.

 

Open the device. 

2.

 

Open the clips (1) of the heat sink retainer (2).

3.

 

The heat sink retainer is hooked into the base frame from below. Unhook the heat sink 

retainer and lift it out. 

4.

 

Lift out the heat sink (3). The processor is now accessible. 

5.

 

Lift the lever (1) and press it until it stops.
