Vibration damped drive rack: Installing a HDD directly in the drive rack

Steps for mounting an HDD
1.

Push the HDD into the drive rack.

Secure the HDD to the drive rack

with two screws on the right and

two on the left.

Connect the power and data cables

to the HDD.

Install the drive bay again.

Vibration damped drive rack: Removing the HDD for the drive rack

Perform the tasks describe above in reverse order.
