Checking the delivery package

WARNING

Electric shock and fire hazard due to damaged device

Damaged devices due to improper storage or transport may lead to personal injury and/or

substantial damage to equipment.
•

You must observe the warnings in "Note on transport and storage (Page 21)".

Procedure

Check the delivery unit for any signs of visible transport damage.
If any transport damage is present at the time of delivery, lodge a complaint at the

shipping company in charge. Have the shipper confirm the transport damage

immediately.

Unpack the device at its installation location.

Keep the original packaging in case you have to transport the unit again.

Check the Scope of delivery (Page 26) and any accessories you may have ordered for

completeness and damage.
If the contents of the package are incomplete, damaged or do not correspond to your

order, you can use the After Sales Information System (ASIS) (

provide feedback on product deliveries and repairs.
Complete the online form for product delivery (quality control notification) under the
