Operating state display
You can see the operating states on the "H401" 7-segment display.
The following operating states are shown:

If connector X6, LIGHT BARRIER / DCPS is
configured as a light barrier input:
Light barrier interrupted

End light barrier interruption
•
If there is no light barrier:
Insert wire jumper for connector X6, LIGHT BARRIER /
DCPS (see Section Digital input signals (Page 62)) or deac-
tivate LIGHT BARRIER / DCPS (see Section Navigation
structure (Page 52), "General setup > Special parameters >
Input 1")
If connector X6, LIGHT BARRIER / DCPS is
configured as a DCPS input:
Door Closed Position Sensor (DCPS) error
•
Adjust DCP Sensor
The maximum distance from the DCPS sensor to the
CLOSED position amounts to 10 cm.
•
The fault display is deleted when the door has reached a
plausible DCPS state in both end positions, or after the con-
troller has been restarted.
•
Check the wiring of connector X6, LIGHT BARRIER / DCPS,
(see Section Digital input signals (Page 62))

Motor obstructed in the closing direction
•
Remove obstructions from the path of the door
•
Increase the closing forces
("Static force limit close" parameter or "Limit force end" pa-
rameter)
•
This can also be displayed in conjunction with other faults
(for example encoder fault, supervision error or overcurrent).
In this case, the faults must be resolved.

System start or start of the minimal editor
(press the OPEN and CLOSE service but-
tons simultaneously at power on).

Obstruction while opening

Remove obstructions from the path of the door

Increase the opening force (Static force limit open parame-
ter)
•
This can also be displayed in conjunction with other faults
