standby wait-for-partner
Description
With this command, you enable the "Wait for standby partner" function on the device. A standby
connection is enabled only after the standby master and the standby slave as well as their
standby partners have established a connection. This ensures that the redundant connection
is really available before communication via a standby connection is enabled. As default, this
function is enabled.
Requirement
You are in the Redundancy configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config-red)#
Syntax
Call the command without parameters:
standby wait-for-partner
Result
The "Wait for standby partner" function is enabled.
