12.3 Limitations

12.3.1 Maximum limitation of boiler temperature

For maximum limitation of the boiler temperature, the maximum limit value can be
set. The switch-off point cannot be higher than the maximum limit value.
The switch-on point is then lower, the difference being the set switching differential.
If the boiler temperature is limited to a maximum, the display shows

This maximum limitation is not a safety function; for that purpose, a thermostat,
thermal reset limit thermostat, etc., must be used!

12.3.2 Minimum limitation of boiler temperature

For minimum limitation of the boiler temperature, the minimum limit value can be
set. The switch-on point cannot fall below the minimum limit value.
The switch-off point is then higher, the difference being the set switching differen-
tial.
If the boiler temperature is limited to a minimum, the display shows
