so that the boiler will turn off stage 3 oil at a set % above the current setpoint. Percentage 
based on current setpoint.

This value is the integral of a control deviation multiplied by time. This serves to not call on 
stage 2 unless the pressure / temperature deviates from the desired setpoint for a length of 
time and/or by a large margin.

parameter controls at what temperature the burner goes into alarm and shuts down due to 
an over-temperature situation. 
The LMV5 locks out.  The LMV5 can only be reset when the temperature goes below
