With this function, you set various time constants in order to reduce noise. The noise
reduction is approximately equivalent to a low-pass filter with the corresponding time
constant. The display delay is given as 90% of time.
The time constant "ti" acts within an effective interval to be parameterized, which is defined
in % of the smallest measuring range span. It attenuates small measurement changes (e.g.
noise) on the one hand, but becomes ineffective immediately when the measured value
exceeds the effective interval. In this case, the outer time constant "ta" attenuates the
measured value.
