Integrating the blocks into the project
Below, you will find the steps of how to integrate the blocks of the
LHcs4x00
library
into your STEP 7 program.
1.
Select the “Control&Diag” folder in the “Types” library folder and move it to the
“Program blocks” project folder of your S7-1500 CPU via drag-and-drop.
2.
Select the “Control&Diag” library folder in the “Master copies” library folder and
move it each via drag-and-
drop to the project folder “Program blocks”, “PLC
data types”, and “Watch and force tables”.

3. In the project tree, select your PLC and use the appropriate icon in the menu
bar or “Edit” > “Compile” to compile the project data.
