Image status
. Displays Depth in
centimeters, a Zoom (Z) indicator,
frames per second (fps), and CINE frame
counter.

Trackball status
.

Shortcut buttons
. Accesses the
Patient Registration , Report , Patient
Browser , Film Sheet , system presets,
and the online Help . They are an
alternative to the function keys on the
keyboard.

Task card
. The available task cards are
Image , Calcs , Review , and Compose .
Images are acquired and optimized in the
Image task card. Measurements are
made in the Calcs task card. Data is
reviewed in the Review task card, and
any post-processing functions are
performed in the
Compose task card.

Group box
. Displays groups of controls
that allow the user to modify screen
formats and controls for system features
and options.

Parameter menu
.
Displays image
optimization parameters for each
operating mode.

Patient banner
. Information for
identifying the patient, operator,
institution, date, and time.
