User Settings

With the user settings you may change the login data and you can restrict the access on 
the camera.

Click on 

User 

in the 

Administration

 menu.

Change the settings:

Admin Login

Administrator ID

Enter the name for the administrator here. Spaces, punctuation, 
and special characters must 

NOT

 be used in the name. 

The name is case insensitive (case is ignored), so you cannot have 
2 names that differ only by case. 

Password

Enter the password for the administrator.

Verify Password

Re-enter the password for the administrator to ensure it is correct.

User Access

Allow access by

u

Everyone

 – Anyone can view the video stream. 

u

Only users in database

 – Allow viewing only by people in the 

user database. If selected, users will be prompted for a user 
name and password when they attempt to view the video.
