P709 Damping filter

Stabilizes the reported level within the Echo Lock Window (P713) in the event of level

fluctuations (for example, a rippling or splashing liquid surface). The value is in seconds, and

depends on the number of seconds it takes the device to reach 63% of a step value change

in reading.
