Diagnostics alarms
With the diagnostics alarms, a distinction is made between incoming and outgoing
diagnostics.
Incoming diagnostics
An event occurs and triggers a diagnostics alarm. Depending on the parameter assignment,
the "Ext_Diag" bit is set.
Outgoing diagnostics
The event is no longer pending and a diagnostics alarm is output without a set “Ext_Diag” bit.
In the case of events that are only pending for a moment, cancellation is delayed by 3
seconds.
The hard errors are supported by text messages stored in the GSD/GSDML file.
