Further conditions
The following conditions must be met for safe operation of the carrier controller:

Make allowances for the environmental conditions that are valid for operation of the
carrier controller.
●
The temperature range of the cables used must be suitable for the actually occurring
temperatures
This rule applies particularly to situations in which the temperatures of 70 °C at the cable
entry or 80 °C at the branching point of the power and data cables is exceeded at the
rated operating conditions.
●
Take precautions to prevent the rated voltage from being exceeded by more than 40% as
a result of short-term malfunctions.
