Product Description
The 550-818B kit contains an Offboard Air Module
(OAM), which is used with Offboard Air Velocity
Sensor (OAVS) controller board(s), 550-767

series.
The 550-819B kit contains an Offboard Air Module
(OAM), which is used with Offboard Air Velocity
Sensor (OAVS) controller board(s), 570-801P
through 570-811P, 570-801PA through 570-811PA,
570-00701, 570-00701PA, 570-00700N and 550-
767
X
N controller board(s) series. See Figure 1.

Required Tools
Cordless driver and bit for self-tapping
screws.
Small, flat-blade screwdriver.
Expected Installation Time
10 minutes
Prerequisites
All wiring must conform to NEC and local
codes and regulations.
High and low pressure pneumatic tubing
available at the installation location.
Follow all safety regulations and local codes
when installing this equipment.
Installation
1. Using appropriate screws for the mounting
surface, install the Offboard Air Module in any
orientation. See Figure 3 for dimensions.
2. Wire up the terminal block. Terminal block plug(s)
can be removed for easier access. See Figure 2.

3. Connect pneumatic tubing (#2 High, #1 Low). See
Figure 2.
4. Connect the wiring to the controller following the
controller’s wiring diagram.
The installation is complete.
