Each channel includes 2 relays connected in series and 1 measuring device to monitor
the self tests. This internal measuring device is made up of a 3-fold RC-combination. In
combination with the internal resistance of the relays the measuring device affects the
current consumption and the voltage drop. The RC-combinations are located at the
input, at the internal intermediate tap and at the output.

8.1.1
OSSD Self Test
Every 100 ms a self test of the OSSD relays is executed. The relays are tested one
after the other. That means, each relay is tested every 1600 ms.
