Display all changeable parameter values (command PARAM)

Displays the current values of all parameters that can be set by the user.

Syntax:

Measure signal level (command SIL)

Tests the signal level. The laser signal intensity is compared to the signal intensity (factory 
calibration) originally set. The result is shown as 0 ... 100% of the original signal intensity 
set. This allows measuring the contamination on optical surfaces.
