5.1ISD 230 system

5.1.1

Installation sequence

Set the transmission frequencies

Configure the data interface

•

Connect the data and function interfaces

•

Connect the power supply to the system

5.1.2

Setting the transmission frequencies

The ISD 230 unit pairs must be set to different transmission frequencies (carrier frequency

bands) before they are installed:

1.

Carefully place both units on a slip-resistant base with the lenses facing downwards

2.

Remove the rear panel of the units by loosening the four cross-recessed screws. The

position of the jumpers ST on the main board inside the units is shown in 

Fig. 5-1.

3.

Set the jumpers ST 12 to ST 15 on both units as shown in 

Table 5-1
