Connecting control unit to industrial truck

Injury or death from electrical voltage

Work on electrical systems must only be performed by qualified electricians.
▸
The power supply must be disconnected when attaching and detaching electrical
connections.
▸
Only connect to a voltage source which meet the requirements in the operating
instructions.
▸
Safety requirements relating to work on electrical systems must be observed and
complied with.
▸
National and regional regulations must be complied with.

NOTE
The complete voltage range depends on the respective system variant (for vehicles
with electric motor: 24 V - 72 V; for vehicles with combustion engine: 12 V - 24 V).

Route the POWER cable to the fuse panel.
NOTE
The system requires a 4 A fuse.
▸
Connect the wire ends as follows.

Route the REVERSE cable to the vehicle control cabinet.
NOTE
The system requires a minimum voltage of 9 V as a reverse signal.
