Rotate disc until set screw is visible through hole
on back of V-belt safety cover and use 2.5mm
hex wrench to secure disc to motor arbor (see

(3) M4-.7 x 8 Phillips head screws and 4mm flat
washers.

Gently lay sander on flat surface, as shown in

, and place thin piece of cardboard approximately

" thick over sanding disc. Cardboard acts as
spacer when installing disc table.

Keeping cardboard in place, align half-arc key of disc
table with indented keyway on disc guard (see inset
of
Figure.17
).
15. Secure table with table lock handle, then remove
cardboard.
