5.5 Attaching Specimens

1. Attaching the Specimen

Make sure the specimen does not hit the lower grip during jog operations.

(1) Insert the specimen at the

center of the grip faces.

(2) Tighten securely with both

hands.

(3) Use jog operations to insert the

specimen between the lower
grip faces.

(5) Tighten securely with both

hands.

(4) Press [FORCE] to reset the test

force to zero.
