Data Rate: Refers to the data flow used in the unit time by video file, also called the code
rate, it is the most important part in the image quality control of video encoding. In the
same resolution, the higher the video file data rate, the smaller the compression ratio and
the higher the quality of the image.
The users can set the parameters related to “Live Stream” and “Storage Stream” of audios
and videos in four channels.
Operation steps
Step 1 Click “Video Setting> Video Encoding” to access the video encoding interface, as shown in
Fig. 4-11. Configure the parameters of “Live Stream” and “Storage Stream” in four channels
in the interface. See “2.1.1 Video Encoding” of
H3526 MDVR Parameters Details (V1.0) for
the parameters.

Step 2 Click “Advanced Option” to access the parameter configuration interface of main stream,
sub stream and bak stream, as shown in Fig. 4-12. Configure the parameters of these data

for the parameters.
