ASSEMBLE

Insert the smaller end of the
lower handle into the top of
the unit. Push until firmly in
place. Insert the lower handle
extension tube (the shortest of
the three tubes) into the lower
handle (

). Then assemble the
other two extension tubes and
insert the assembly into the
lower handle extension tube (

).
Now attach the upper handle to
the top extension tube. (

Pull back on the handle and
press lightly on the body of the
unit with your foot to engage the
steering. (
