7.3 SEW electronics service
Send in for repair Please contact the SEW-EURODRIVE electronics service if a fault cannot be
rectified .
Please provide the following information when sending the unit in for repair:
• Serial number (
→
nameplate)
• Unit designation
• Brief description of the application (application, control via terminals or serial)
• Connected components (motor, etc.)
• Nature of the error
• Accompanying circumstances
• Your own presumption of what has happened
• Any unusual events preceding the problem, etc.
"SC-trP" Communication loss trip • Check communication link between drive and
external devices.
• Make sure each drive in the network has its
unique address.
"P-LOSS" Input phase loss trip Drive intended for use with a 3-phase supply has
lost one input phase.
"Ph-1b" Phase imbalance • Mains incoming supply voltage has an imbal-
ance of >3 % for over 30 seconds.
• Check incoming supply and fuses.
"dAtA-F" Internal memory fault • Parameters not saved, defaults reloaded.
• Try again. If problem reoccurs, contact SEW-
EURODRIVE Service.
"At-FO1" Autotune failed • Measured motor stator resistance varies
between phases.
• Ensure the motor is connected correctly and
fault-free.
• Check the windings for correct resistance and
balance.
"At-FO2" • Measured motor stator resistance is too large.
• Ensure the motor is connected correctly and
fault-free.
• Check that the power rating corresponds to the
power rating of the connected drive.
"At-FO3" • Measured motor inductance is too low.
• Ensure the motor is connected correctly and
fault-free.
"At-FO4" • Measured motor inductance is too high.
• Ensure the motor is connected correctly and
fault-free.
• Check that the power rating corresponds to the
power rating of the connected drive.
"At-FO5" • Measured motor parameters are not conver-
gent.
• Ensure the motor is connected correctly and
fault-free.
• Check that the power rating corresponds to the
power rating of the connected drive.
"SPIn-F" Spin start failed Spin start function failed to detect the motor speed.
