Starting the programming software

Start the MOVITOOLS

MotionStudio software.

The SEW communication server SECOS is started automatically and appears in the
task bar.

Open the SEW communication server SECOS by double-clicking on the <

> icon in

the task bar.

Configure the PC interface according to the units connected to the engineering PC as
follows:

1. Click the <

> icon.

2. Copy the required interface type by dragging it from the field "Available Plugs" and

dropping it in a "not used" field.

Configure the parameters of the PC interfaces as follows:

Click the right mouse button on the required "PC Communication Interface" and select
"Configure." The software opens the following window:

Select the parameters as follows:
