SLS (safely limited speed)

The SLS safety monitoring function monitors safely whether the speed of the respective
axis complies with the permissible parameterized speed limit value or not and sets a
safe digital signal (SLS status) accordingly.
This safe digital signal is evaluated and processed depending on the application.
