Before using for the first time
∙
Remove any exterior and interior packaging materials.
∙
Ensure proper disposal of all packaging materials.
∙
Clean the appliance as described in the section
Cleaning and care
.
∙
The unit should only be transported in its vertical
position; do not tilt any more than 30°.
∙
Wait for about
24 hours
before connecting the appliance
to the power supply and turning it on after it has been
positioned. If the appliance remained tilted up to 30°
during transport, allow it to stand upright for at least 4
hours before connecting to the power supply.
∙ When the unit is first switched on, a slight ‘new’ smell
may be noticed. However, this will disappear once the
cooling process has begun.
Attaching the door handle
∙
Open the glass door.
∙
Carefully slide the door seal aside in the two places on
the inside of the door where the door handle is to be
screwed.
∙
Put the plastic washers (supplied in a separate package)
onto the screws.
∙
Attach the supplied handle from the outside.
∙ Tighten the screws firmly by hand to secure the handle.
Do not tighten the screws too tightly to avoid damaging
the glass and handle.
Installation
∙
The appliance should be set up in a well-ventilated, dry
room.
∙
The appliance should be operated in conditions where
the relative humidity is no more than 60%.
∙ The product specifications at the end of this manual
contain information on the ambient temperature range
suitable for this appliance.
∙
Do not place the appliance outdoors.
∙
Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight or
position it near heat sources (radiators, cookers etc.).
∙
The unit must not be installed inside a cabinet, nor
directly below a hanging cupboard, shelf or similar
object.
∙
Ensure that the door can swing open to an angle of 90°.
∙ In the case of uneven floors, use the adjustable front
support feet on the appliance to compensate for the
unevenness and ensure optimum stability.
∙
Ensure that you can pull out the power plug at any time.
Ventilation
∙
The heated air around the unit must be able to circulate
freely. Therefore, ensure that the circulation around and
above the unit is not obstructed.
∙
Always maintain a minimum distance of 150 mm from
walls, furniture, etc.
Turning the device on/off
∙
Pressing the button for approx. 3 seconds turns the
appliance on or off.
∙
It is only switched off completely when the plug is
removed from the wall socket.
∙
Following a power interruption, or if the appliance has
been unplugged on purpose, it may take 3 to 5 minutes
before the compressor kicks in again.
Toggling between

∙
Press the and buttons simultaneously for approx.
3 seconds to toggle between °Celsius and °Fahrenheit.
Setting the temperature in the top temperature zone
∙
Use the and buttons on the left to adjust the
temperature between 5 and 12 °C. The selected
temperature is saved, and the left display shows the
current temperature in the top temperature zone.
Setting the temperature in the bottom temperature
zone
∙
Use the and buttons on the right to adjust the
temperature between 12 and 18 °C. The selected
temperature is saved, and the right display shows the
current temperature in the bottom temperature zone.
Interior lighting
∙
The button turns the interior lighting on or off.
∙
Caution:
do not remove the cover of the interior LED
light. If there should be any malfunction, please contact
the customer service for assistance.
Storing wine
∙
The following temperatures are suitable for various
wines:
Red:
15 -18 °C
Dry/white:
10 -15 °C
Sparkling/champagne: 5 - 9 °C

The appliance can store up to twenty-eight 750 ml
Bordeaux bottles:
