SAT DBRX V1.0

INSTALLATION AND USER GUIDE

PHONE POWER POWER IBM SERIAL POWER

IBM KEYBOARD

To program the SAT DBRX, an I.B.M. PC or compatible (84 key keyboard) must be used.

The keyboard used on the I.B.M. A.T. will NOT work.

Replacement or clone keyboards may not

work. The following list of keyboards has been tested and found to work on the SAT DBRX.

To program the SAT DBRX with an IBM style keyboard, turn off the power switch in the back

of the SAT DBRX. Next, plug in the keyboard and turn the power switch on. Press the "ESC" key
once. After the "ESC" is pressed, the main menu will be displayed. See section 3.0 INITIALIZATION
AND PROGRAMMING in the SAT DBRX User Guide to program the system. If no keystroke is
entered within 60 seconds, SAT DBRX will exit the programming mode. It will be necessary to
reenter programming mode, by pressing the "ESC" key again.

NOTE: DO NOT PLUG KEYBOARD IN "HOT".
