The SC system must be placed into the programming mode before
any programming can begin.  See "Keypad Programming" for
instructions on entering the Installer Keypad Programming mode.
Upon successful entry into the Programming mode the display
should read the following:

When programming the SC800/1600 system, there are three (3)
programming levels available.
