IMMEDIATE CONTROL FUNCTIONS
You can use the following programming steps to program or perform certain functions from a remote
telephone.
A. DO NOT DISTURB UNTIL FEATURE (STEP 89)
You can program the Crown Jewel to block visitor calls, beginning immediately, until the time you
program. Step 89 temporarily overrides the Do Not Disturb Schedule.
Format
89 + ending time + “#”

The ending time must be 4 digits long, in 24-hour format.
Example
89 + 0715 + #
(Block visitor calls until 7:15 AM.)
B. CANCEL THE DO NOT DISTURB UNTIL FEATURE (STEP 89)
Format
89 + ending time + “#”

Enter “99” for the ending time to cancel the Do Not Disturb Unit feature.
Example
89 + 99 + #
(Cancel the Do Not Disturb Until feature)
C. SPEAK THROUGH THE CROWN JEWEL MICROPHONE (STEP 90)
You can initiate communications from a telephone through the Crown Jewel’s speaker and microphone
at any time to greet visitors, ward off vandals, etc.

90 + “#”
NOTE
1. This call will terminate automatically in 60 seconds unless you hang up the line sooner.
2. Extend the talk time by pressing “1” on your telephone.
D. CYCLE MAIN GATE (STEP 91)
You can activate the main relay to momentarily open the door or gate without having a visitor initiate a
call.
Format
91 + “#”
NOTE
This step have no effect if the corresponding relay is already latched open or time latched.
E. CYCLE AUXILIARY RELAY (STEP 92)
You can activate the auxiliary relay.
Format
92 + “#”
NOTE
This step have no effect if the corresponding relay is already latched open or time latched.
