DO NOT DISTURB FEATURE
The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to block visitor calls during specific times.
NOTE: Be sure you set the unit’s date and time before using the Do Not Disturb feature.
A. ACTIVATING THE DO NOT DISTURB UNTIL FEATURE (STEP 89)
You can use this feature block calls until a specific time. Call blocking begins immediately.
Format 89 + ending time + “#”
•
The ending time should be four digits long, in 24-hour format.
Example 89 + 0715 + #
(visitor calls will be blocked until 7:15 AM).
NOTE This step temporarily overrides any Do Not Disturb Schedule that may be programmed.
B. CANCEL DO NOT DISTURB UNTIL (STEP 89)
The procedure cancels call blocking immediately.
Format 89 + 99 + “#”
•
Enter “99” as the ending time.
C. SETTING UP A DO NOT DISTURB SCHEDULE (STEP 11)
Use this programming step to block calls at regularly scheduled times.
Format 11 + day of the week + starting time + ending time + holiday “#”
•
Day of the week is one digit long:
1 = Sunday
2 = Monday
3 = Tuesday
4 = Wednesday
5 = Thursday
6 = Friday
7 = Saturday
8 = Holidays

The starting and ending times should be 4 digits long, in 24-hour format.

The holiday option is one digit long:
0 = No schedule on holidays
1 = Use same schedule on holidays holiday
2 = Use schedule number 8 when this day falls on a programmed holiday
Example 11 + 2 + 2315 + 0830 + 1 + #
(sets a Do Not Disturb schedule for Mondays from 11:15 PM until 8:30 AM the following
morning and includes holidays).
