The IT administrator can choose to deploy a
“Forced Update” to a device to ensure that
an important update will be performed immediately. A popup box will inform you that
an important update to a device is about to be performed. If a call is active, the user can
choose to postpone the update up to three times.
If the update is accepted, possible active calls will be terminated and the update will
be executed.
