10. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
Radio motor does not work Electric connection defective Check the connection
No transmitters programmed Programm transmitter
Transmitter out of range or batteries
discharged Bring transmitter into range or
insert new batteries
Programm new transmitter
Thermal protection switch has
triggered Wait for 5 to 20 minutes
Incorrect radio system programmed Re­program all transmitters of the
incorrect radio system, switch off
at the mains and program a new
transmitter
Radio motor does not perform a
short motor at initial operation Electric connection defective Check the connection
End positions are already set Programm transmitter, then reset
radio motor to state at delivery
End positions are already set in the
radio motor and a transmitter is
programmed Programm new hand transmitter,
then reset radio motor to state at
delivery
UP and DOWN directions are
