Install the propeller shaft housing assem-
bly

, and then tighten the bolts

to the

specified torque.

Installing the water pump

Do not reuse an O-ring, always replace it
with a new one.

Install the plate

and rubber seal

Install the dowels

and outer plate car-

tridge

Install the Woodruff key

Align the slot

in the impeller

with

the Woodruff key

, and then install the

impeller

Install the insert cartridge

and a new

O-ring

TIP:

Align the protrusion

on the insert cartridge

with the groove

in the water pump

housing

Install the water pump housing assem-
bly.

NOTICE:

Do not turn the drive

shaft counterclockwise. Otherwise,
the water pump impeller could be
damaged.
