a spice. It is unique in both
conception and design. Please read
this manual attentively before using
your mill. Its proper use and care
will assure many years of service.
1.0 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1 .1 Filling the Mill
1. Remove housing (A)
by twisting
it one quarter turn in a counter
clockwise direction.
2. Pour in peppercorns being
careful to keep the level well
below arm
3. Re-attach housing (A) by
aligning guide mark on
housing (A) with guide mark
on housing (C). Then,
simultaneously push down on
and twist housing (A)
completely in a clockwise
direction until a “click” is heard.
• During removal and re-
attachment of housing (A), be
careful not to touch sensor
button
as doing so will
activate the mill.
• The mill will hold
approximately 80 grams of
peppercorns.
