8. USB log
The device has an internal memory for data acquisition (Datalogger).
Once the cycle is finished, it is possible to download this information to
an USB memory via an USB connector. The device (USB memory) must
be formatted to FAT 32.
Functioning:
• By default, the registrar is not active.
Follow the instructions to change the log interval (see settings>log). Ad-
just this interval with the conditions of your program.
With the cycle finished:
• Connect the «USB memory» to the USB connector on the front of the
device.
• When an «USB memory» is connected, the registration data will be au-
tomatically downloaded. A message appears indicating that a connected
memory is found and the message “send ok” appears at the end of the
download.
• This operation can be performed several times, as long as another cycle
has not started (press RUN). When pressing RUN, internal memory of the
device empties. The device only stores the last process performed.
Recover data from PC:
• Connect the «USB memory» to a computer to download the data file.
Important note: The “USB memory” must have a device name. It cannot
be blank.
The created file is text type, which can be opened with WordPad, WORD
or EXCEL.
9. Maintenance
Before removing the equipment cover, disconnect it from the mains. The
control board must only be handled by duly authorized maintenance per-
sonnel.
Cleaning:
• Inner enclosure: clean with polish for stainless steel.
• Outer enclosure: clean with a damp cloth or a mild detergent.
• Touch screen: use a cloth and a glass-cleaning liquid.
Annually:
• Contrast the temperature against recognized standart traceable equip-
ments.
• Visually check the status of electrical connections, grounding and con-
nection cable to the mains.
