GP_1-Wire Bus mode selector

Connected to pin #124 of the card edge connector, there is a three-way P 2.54mm jumper, JP5,
which allows to select if this multiplexed pin has to be used for 1-Wire bus (carried to
SPI pin header CN7) or for HDMI CEC functionality (routed to the HDMI/DP interface slot
CN19).
