1. SAFETY

Select a work area suitable for the table and keep the area clean, tidy and free from unrelated materials. Ensure there is adequate

lighting.

Stand the table on a stable floor strong enough to take the weight of the table.

Maintain the table in good condition.

Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only, unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.

Remove ill fitting clothing, remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery and contain long hair.

Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
2. INTRODUCTION
Heavy-duty galvanised welding table with 30mm MIG torch mounting point. Portable and foldable for ease of transportation and storage when
not in use. Sturdy locking pin system and adjustable foot for eliminating wobble when in use.

4. OPERATION
4.1.
Lay table upside down on floor. Remove leg securing pin, (see fig.1).
4.2.
Pull inner leg (the one with the height adjusting bolt), up and over to erect legs.
4.3.
Once the legs reach their stop, reinsert the pin and ‘R’ clip in its end, to secure the legs in position, (see fig.2).
4.4. Get the help of an assistant to turn the table the right way up.
4.5. Use the height adjusting bolt to stabilise the table before using.
