1. SAFETY
DO NOT
sit on the motorcycle on the dolly.
DO NOT
start the motorcycle on the dolly.
DO NOT
lift the dolly by the table, it may become detached.
DO NOT
mount the dolly on tarmacadam, as the surface may be unstable.
DO NOT
use the dolly for a purpose it is not designed to perform.
DO NOT
operate the dolly if it is damaged.
DO NOT
use the dolly when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
DO NOT
allow untrained persons to operate the dolly.
DO NOT
make any modifications to the dolly.
DO NOT
operate the dolly if parts are missing or damaged.
DO NOT
exceed the maximum capacity.
DO NOT
work under the raised motorcycle.
Maintain the
dolly in a good clean condition for the best and safest performance.
Locate the dolly and motorcycle in a suitable area. Keep area clean, tidy and free from unrelated materials and ensure that there is
adequate lighting. Also ensure that the floor/ground is level and strong enough (preferably concrete) to take the weight of the dolly
and the motorcycle.
Maintain correct balance and footing whilst positioning the motorcycle on the dolly,
DO NOT
over reach.
Ensure that the floor is not slippery, wear non-slip footwear. Also essential for safe operation of the foot pedal.
Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
Before removing a motorcycle from the dolly, ensure that there are no obstructions or persons around the motorcycle.
Always support motorcycle to prevent falling.
If using as a front dolly, always use in conjunction with another suitable rear dolly to ensure full stability.

Ideal for use with off-road/trials bikes. Easily lifts the bike when performing maintenance/services or cleaning. Simple, one foot, step-and-lift
mechanism means the bike can be instantly raised in one motion. Fitted with 4 x Ø45mm castors for manoeuvrability when bike is secured. Two
tie-down points and a large lifting platform for added stability.

Assemble as in fig.1, ensuring that the castor assemblies are fixed securely.
4.2.
Pass the axle of the lift arm through the upright and secure with the ‘R’ clip.
