1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
single-piece hydraulic unit with heavy base design. Integral cog-type release mechanism and long two-piece handle. Heavy-duty castors, fitted
with brakes, ensure that the jack is motionless when working on a vehicle. Large saddle design to ease positioning under vehicle. removable
saddle to improve stability and safety when lifting motorcycles and quadbikes. Additional rubber gripped padding on the lifting plates increases
stability. features solid mild steel (plated) locking pin to lock jack in raised position for prolonged use and reduce pressure on the hydraulics when

2. INTRODUCTION
WARNING! Before use, ensure the vehicle, motorcycle or quadbike to be lifted has a suitable structure and centre of gravity to
accommodate the jack pads without damage. DO NOT use if the jack will foul on the exhaust or other vulnerable parts. Remove
lower fairing or obstructing trims before use. Ensure bikes are adequately strapped onto the lift once required height is attained.
Maintain the
jack in good condition (use an authorised service agent).
replace or repair damaged parts.
Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
use a qualified person to lubricate and maintain the jack.
Locate the jack in a suitable work area, keep area clean and tidy and free from unrelated materials, and ensure that there is adequate
lighting. Also ensure the floor is level and strong enough (preferably concrete) to take the total weight.
Keep the jack clean for best and safest performance.
stabilise the jack by locking the castor wheel brakes when lifting motor cycles and quadbikes.

remove ill fitting clothing. remove ties, watches, rings and other loose jewellery, and contain long hair.
Maintain correct balance and footing, do not over-reach. Ensure the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
Ensure motorcycles are adequately secured to the jack with appropriate straps after having been raised to the required height.
Before lifting check that there are no overhead obstructions.
Before lowering the jack ensure that there are no obstructions underneath and that all persons are standing clear of the jack.
When the jack has been raised to the full working height ensure that the safety stop bar is engaged to prevent accidental lowering.
Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
the lowering speed will vary according to the weight of the load and the amount by which the gear-type release shaft is rotated.
Before storing in a safe area, ensure all parts are clean and free of grease and oil. store lift in the lowest position.

use the jack for a task it is not designed to perform.

operate the jack if damaged.

exceed the rated capacity of the jack.
DO NOT
operate the jack when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
DO NOT
allow untrained persons to operate the jack.
DO NOT
attempt to transport a load on the jack. the jack must only be used in a static locked position for raising and lowering loads.
DO NOT
make any modifications to the jack, adjust or tamper with safety valve.
DO NOT
use brake fluid to top up hydraulic unit.
DO NOT
operate the jack on tarmacadam, as the surface may be unstable.
