30) Jet Pump Water

Intakes

The water is drawn up by the impel-
lers through these openings. The im-
pellers and the drive shafts are pro-
tected by a grate. Refer to OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS section for an over-
view of the propulsion system.

31) Tow Hook

The hook is provided for your conve-
nience.

The universal eyelet allows a rope
with a hook, a closed end or an open
end to be attached.

32) Radio

Refer to its guide for a complete expla-
nation of the features and controls.

Using the radio for a prolonged time
without engines running may dis-
charge the battery.

Sportster 1800

Lift protection flap and push in when
completely lifted.

Close protection flap when radio is not
in use to protect against weather in-
clemency.
