Two Dynamic measurements are collected during initial and final reading of your lubrication process,
thus describing condition of your bearing before and after the grease replenishment process. This is
great data the lubrication technician provides directly to the condition monitoring team.
Static point offers all data as described before.
11.4.
Consumption Reports
The LUBExpert integration in UAS3 includes two new reports dedicated to lubrication features. The
first concerns the cumulative lubricant consumption sorted by grease name. The second is the
comparison of lubricant consumption sorted by user selected greasing locations.
To generate a lubrication report, select the Menu Reports and then the sub
–
Menu Lube.
