Tree View
Tree view provides information on alarm status and Lube status of each asset/Lubrication point.
General alarm status is indicated with colored dot: red for danger, orange for warning and blue for
alert level. Lube status is additional information is indicated next to each asset that contains
LUBEsense1 data. Lube status alarms also uses color code:
•
RED oil drop icon
represents
SUSPECTED BEARING FAILURE
and
PROCESS ABORTED
status
and as an indicator that there was a message
SAFETY RISK
or
DEFECTIVE LINE/FITTING
assigned to that asset during last visit
•
ORANGE oil drop icon
represents
LUBRICATION FAILURE, OVERLUBRICATION and SHORTEN
INTERVAL
•
GREEN oil drop icon
represents
LUBRICATION SUCCESS
Lube status of the asset is indicated by an
oil drop icon in one of the mentioned
colors.
Regarding priority (RED, ORANGE,
GREEN), status of the asset will be
transferred to parent nodes.
As an example:
Within ZONE 1, we have GROUP 1 and
GROUP 2, and within those two groups we
have 4 assets in 1 and 5 assets in 2.
ZONE 1 is marked with RED oil drop icon
because one or more nodes within it are
marked with RED oil drop icon (in this
case both GROUPS).
Group 2 is marked with RED oil drop icon
because within this group we have asset 5
marked with RED oil drop icon.
This information is placed within the tree
view for user´s convenience. This addition
gives a fast view on any irregularities in
the lubrication process.
Additional details about Lube status
alarms for each asset is available in the
bottom pane.
