9.1 ROLLER HOLDER

The AL150 HS Grinder Notcher has a place for (7) different sizes of notcher rollers to be
stored on the side of the machine. If more storage is needed, we have a solution.

There is a P/N 04.00303  - Roller Holder available for the AL150 HS Grinder Notcher. This
holds (8) additional rollers allowing for storage of a total 15 rollers. This is a sheetmetal part
that attaches to the front of the machine. There are (2) slots in the front on the column of the

AL150 HS and the Roller Holder has (2) angled tabs that fit thru these slots. Put the tabs
thru the slots and push the Roller Holder down and that's all it takes to attach it to the

machine. See FIGURE 24 below & FIGURE 25 on the next page.
