On line context sensitive help has not been implemented in this release.
6.4 Exact Value Popup Menu
The exact value window maintains the last approximately 1000 lines of datalog data.
If not capturing datalog data to a file, lines of datalog data will be lost when there are
more than 1000 lines.
6.4.1 Capture
Toggles saving datalog data to disk on and off, a check mark indicates capture to
disk is active. If capture not active and a datalog file is not open, prompts for a file to
save the datalog data to; and if the file already exists, prompts if file is to be
appended to or overwritten, otherwise begins saving to file previously opened. If
capture active, prompts if datalog file is to be closed.
The bottom right side of the Exact Value window also shows the datalog status
(enabled indicates the file open and active).
If the datalog file is being opened, the datalog information file (“.INF”) is opened
providing entry of information concerning the datalog file. This information, if
available is part of the STI Statistics file (“.STA”), the STI Lot Summary file (“.SUM”)
and the STI Columnar file (“.COL”). This file is not required but provides additional
operator inputted data if so desired. By default, the current date and time are
stamped in the “START” field if a new datalog information file is being created. Note:
double-
click within either the “START” or “STOP” fields‟ stamps the current date and
time in that field.
NOTE: Any test data displayed in the Exact Value window prior to selecting Capture
will not be written to the file.
6.4.2 Update Display
Toggles the displaying of datalog data to the window. A check mark indicates that all
datalog data will be displayed.
Uncheck this option to increase tester throughput when, for example, datalogging to
file and live viewing of the datalog data is not required.
The bottom middle of the Exact Value window shows the display status (enabled
indicates all datalog data will be displayed in the window).
6.4.3 Serial Number
Allows the operator to initialize the starting serial number for datalogging. A serial
number may be any alphanumeric characters up to 32 characters long. If the ending
characters are numeric separated by a space, the numerical value is used as the
starting number; otherwise the starting number will be one.

6.4.4 Datalog Mode
Selects the datalog mode to be used for subsequent datalog sequences.
Note: selecting “Every Nth”, “Every Nth Sort 1”, “If Sort” or “If Not Sort” opens a box
for entering the count or Sort Number and a check box to select if Sort Result is to be
