MODEL 5000 SERIES MANUAL
Steps 37 through 42
These steps require entering or loading the CALCHECK.T60 test program. This test
program may be found on the CD supplied with the system.
Load CALCHECK.T60 test program from the STI 5000 SERIES INTERFACE
(See Chapter 6 for more information).
Click the “Yes” button on the STI Front Panel Display window.
Look up the test number and resistor load value of the desired step in Table
7-3 below.
Insert resistor in fixture.
Click the “S/M” button and then enter the desired test number and click the
“Test” button.
Compare the displayed measurement result with Table 7-5.
Repeat above to check all steps (32 through 37). If measurement is out of
tolerance, perform steps 1 through 31 (Table 7-4) before adjusting steps 32
and 33 in Table 7-5.
