MODEL 5000 SERIES MANUAL

2.5 Product Support

Technical support for all of Scientific Test, Inc. products is provided for
all users of STI 5000 Series Testers. Please note that email and fax
are the preferable avenues for technical support as we have found that
resolution is much faster. Support via email or fax is provided within
24 hours.

When reporting a problem or requesting assistance, please include the
Mainframe  Configuration  data.    This  can  be  obtained  using  the  STI
PCW Software main menu (Test Programs->Mainframe Configuration).
Click  the  “Check  Mainframe”  button  to  obtain  the  STI  5000  Series
Tester configuration data (Note: the PC being used must be connected
to the 5000 Series Tester); double click inside the data box to print.  If
your  5000  Series  Tester  is  an  older  model  that  does  not  support  the
Windows  based  software  please  provide  the  5000  Series  Tester
mainframe serial number located on the rear panel.
